Everyone at Riverside was very friendly and helpful, and they also price matched another dealership that I had been to looking at the same car. They were upfront and honest about the pricing and I like that they show you the invoice so you know exactly what you're paying for. We have NEVER received the kind of service from a dealership that we were dealt by Riverside GMC in south Pittsburg, TN. On a scale of 1-10, there's was a 20! Broken down on a cross country trip, our transmission died. We arrived on a Saturday and they allowed us to stay in our camp trailer on they're back lot. They found a transmission (on a weekend) and it was delivered on Tuesday. KELLY BRUNI and CHRIS (service tech) kept us informed constantly. CHRIS had the dead transmission out, and was ready for the install as soon as it arrived. In the mean time CHRIS spotted a leak in the radiator, and found a local replacement and installed it before the transmission arrived.We were back on the road Tuesday afternoon! Called and got a very reasonable quote for a tune up and spark plug replacement. Upon arriving, every employee I talked to was very professional, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful (both the service side and the sales side). I mentioned a few concerns I had outside of the realm of my service request and they investigated those concerns thoroughly. I was also quoted a 3 hour wait, but they were finished in less than 2 hours. I would definitely use them in the future!

I was driving to Chattanooga to service my Honda Fit until I learned that Riverside Chevrolet will service my Fit too. I was paying Economy Honda $87 and now Riverside is doing the same service for $49. Riverside Chevrolet is proessional, polite and does excellent work. Life just got a little easier.

Excellent experience for my first time visit to Riverside service dept. On July 3, I experienced a water pump failure on my drive from Nashville to Chattanooga. Fortunately, I was able to make it to the dealership. They determined the issue, had the parts in-stock and fixed the vehicle within 1.5 hrs. The service advisor and the rest of the team had a great attitude and I was back on-road to make it to a fireworks celebration that night in downtown Chatt!
