Hands down, if I could give 10 stars I would. I’ve bought many vehicles, and this one was by far the easiest. Bought this vehicle sight unseen, as this was the best priced vehicle 6 hours away. Corey the salesman and Jay the finance manager made this process seamless. Signed yesterday and vehicle showed early afternoon today. Vehicle was just as described! I’ll be doing all future business through this location as this was the best hands down!

The service writer Justin is great at his job. Always friendly, helpful and has a smile on his face.

I'm out of state and I stopped by because my truck was having some tire issues, thought I needed an alignment but Chris was able to diagnose quickly that I just needed new tires, they drove it and was real honest with me about what options I had. Even checked the truck over for anything else that could be problematic as well. Kelly was super friendly, honest and genuinely seemed to care. I decided to wait until I got back home to get new tires just because of time crunch, but if I was local I'd definitely go with them.

The service and sales staff are beyond friendly and ready to help needs! My oil change was much less expensive than anywhere else.

I recently purchased a 2024 GMC Canyon from Riverside Chevrolet GMC in South Pittsburg, Tennessee. My wife and I were amazed at the customer service we received there on January 30, 2025. I found the truck online with CarGuru’s. I spoke with Jonathan a sales representative and made an appointment to come to the dealership and look at the truck. When I arrived at the dealership Jonathan Was unavailable and another sales rep, Corey assisted me in viewing and driving the truck. Corey was very knowledgeable about the Canyon and was very personable young man who walked us through the process of getting the figures together for the purchase of the truck. We then me Lee who did a great job In securing financing for the truck. I had pre-arranged financing through my credit union but Lee arranged to get me a better apr. through a major bank. Our experience at Riverside Chevrolet GMC was the best experience I’ve ever had in purchasing a new vehicle. Being a senior citizen I have done this more than a few times! Also, Christy, helped us before, during, and after the sale with great advice and direction. The Staff at Riverside was professional, knowledgeable, and helpful.
